Raffle Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the raffle conducted by Ellaspede, with proceeds supporting Traction Community. By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Raffle Details

• Raffle Name: Ellaspede EB1300 Raffle
• Prize: One (1) custom Ellaspede EB1300 BMW R1300GS motorcycle. More details available at https://www.ellaspede.com/2024-bmw-r1300gs
• Ticket Price: $249 per ticket
• Total Tickets Available: 200 (capped)
• Draw Date: Next working day after all 200 tickets are sold OR 30th June 2025, whichever comes first
• Draw Method: Random draw conducted by Ellaspede staff in accordance with Queensland charitable raffle guidelines

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to all individuals aged 18 years and over
• There is no limit to the number of tickets an entrant may purchase, subject to availability
• Traction Community and their immediate families are eligible to purchase tickets unless directly involved in the raffle draw process
• Employees of Ellaspede will not be eligible to purchase tickets

3. Prize Details

• The prize is a custom BMW R1300GS motorcycle, modified by Ellaspede and valued accordingly.
• The motorcycle comes with a factory warranty as provided by BMW Motorrad Australia, subject to their standard terms and conditions.
• The prize is not redeemable for cash or exchangeable for another product or service.
• The prize must be accepted as awarded. Title and risk transfer to the winner upon delivery.
• Delivery of the prize will be arranged after the draw, with pick-up or transport coordinated at the winner’s expense if located outside Brisbane, QLD.
• Ellaspede assumes no liability for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use or operation of the prize motorcycle. Entrants acknowledge that motorcycle riding involves inherent risks and agree to accept full responsibility for their actions and safety.

4. Ticket Sales

• Tickets are priced at $249 each and are available until sold out or until 30th May 2025, whichever occurs first.
• A total of 200 tickets will be made available. No additional tickets will be issued beyond this cap.
• Ticket purchase confirmation will be sent to the entrant via email. This email will serve as the proof of purchase and entry into the raffle.

5. Draw and Notification

• The draw will take place the day after all 200 tickets have been sold or on the on 30th June 2025 (whichever comes first) at Ellaspede headquarters in Brisbane, QLD.
• The winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries.
• The winner will be notified via phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.
• If the prize is unclaimed after 28 days, a redraw may be conducted in accordance with Queensland guidelines.

6. General Conditions

• Ellaspede reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle and these terms if circumstances arise outside its control.
• All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with privacy laws and used solely for the administration of the raffle.
• The raffle is conducted in accordance with Queensland's Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999, under Category 2 requirements.
• All disputes will be handled in good faith and in accordance with Queensland law.
