We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact us. If you send us an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased product, but not the original freight. All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must be arranged by you. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our shop. Please ensure you pack the return items safely to prevent any damage to the products or packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: When you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary - if you have a claim.
Returns & Exchanges
We have 4 rules of returns, item(s) must be returned:
- Within 30 days of purchase;
- With an Ellaspede receipt;
- Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached; and
- In the original packaging which must be in the original condition
To return your item you must first let Ellaspede know via phone (+617 3844 6676) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Returns without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
In the event of a return, your refund will be processed and refunded into your nominated account within 4-8 business days from Ellaspede receiving the returned goods.
In the event of an exchange, your replacement goods will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days from Ellaspede receiving the returned goods. The standard shipping time will follow for resending the replacement goods.
It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been packed and shipped. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The shipping will not be refunded.
You are not legally entitled to a refund or change if the product or packaging has been used or damaged. In the event that the product or packaging is used or damaged Ellaspede can choose to offer you a refund with a $25.00 AUD restocking fee.
Heluva PTY LTD and the Ellaspede site abide by the Laws and obligations laid out by the AUSTRALIAN COMPETITION AND CONSUMER COMMISSION. Heluva PTY LTD and the Ellaspede site are however, not obligated to abide by any other international, continent, country or state law.

- The warranty period for Ellaspede branded products is 12 months from the date of purchase.
- All products have a standard warranty period, you do not have to register your products to obtain the standard warranty period.
- To claim under this warranty, the date of purchase of the Ellaspede product must be documented by an Ellaspede or approved product invoice/receipt.
- This Ellaspede manufacturer’s product warranty is not valid for any products purchased on non-authorised websites.
