At Ellaspede, we’re proud to offer you fast shipping options including express or regular parcel post. We use Australia Post for our regular and express posting. We ship Australia wide, as well as to most international countries. If you have a question or query about international shipping please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Australian orders will arrive within 1-5 business days, with international orders to arrive within 1-3 weeks. Orders are packed and shipped each business day, Monday to Friday. With orders from Saturday and Sunday being shipped each Monday. Please note that some shipping to international countries does not allow tracking, and orders specified to be shipped to these countries would be at the buyers own risk.
Some international orders may incur additional import fees upon arrival in their destination country. Please be aware that Ellaspede does not control these taxes, and as such will not be held accountable for import costs on any such items. To avoid any surprise fees, please check with your local customs authority prior to ordering.
Heluva and Heluva employees will pack every order with the utmost of care. However, Heluva will utilise the services of Australia Post to ship all parcels (unless organised otherwise). Any loss or damage incurred is on the onus of Australia Post (or other carrier). Should loss or damage occur please conact Australia Post Customer Service on 13 13 13 or visit www.auspost.com.au
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service. If you send us an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased product, but not the original freight. All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our shop. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary – if you have a claim.
Returns & Exchanges
We have 3 rules of returns, item(s) must be returned:
– Within 30 days of purchase;
– With an Ellaspede receipt;
– Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached; and
– In the original packaging which must be in the original condition
To return your item you must first let Ellaspede know via phone (+617 3844 6676) or email (email@example.com). Returns without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
In the event of a return, your refund will be processed and refunded into your nominated account within 4-8 business days from Ellaspede receiving the returned goods.
In the event of an exchange, your replacement goods will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days from Ellaspede receiving the returned goods. The standard shipping time will follow for resending the replacement goods.
It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The shipping will not be refunded.
Heluva PTY LTD and the Ellaspede site abide by the Laws and obligations laid out by the AUSTRALIAN COMPETITION AND CONSUMER COMMISSION. Heluva PTY LTD and the Ellaspede site are however, not obligated to abide by any other international, continent, country or state law.
Why we collect personal information
Heluva collects personal information in an effort to deliver superior customer service. Information collected assists in delivery, payment, stocktaking, restocking and quality control. In addition, personal information helps us to keep in contact and keep you up to date about our latest promotional offers, new products and events.

What information is collected
When purchasing products Heluva will collect information such as contact name, contact email, contact number and delivery address. With regards to individual payments Heluva does not collect or store payment details instead this is carried out by a third party provider. It is important to note that at no stage during the payment process will Heluva request or ask for your personal banking or payment details. With regards to bulk buying Heluva will organise payment through EFT or direct deposit.
Use of information
Heluva will use the information collected to deliver goods, keep you up to date with the latest products, promotions and events. The information collected may also be used internally to assist in development of future products. Collected information will not be sold or distributed to a third party, without prior written consent of you or your company.
Protection of information
Heluva has safeguards in place to keep your personal information accurate, complete and up to date for the purpose of use. As a customer of Heluva you are entitled to update and check your stored information. Simply email email@example.com and request a personal form update, once your identity has been confirmed your personal information will be sent out to you to be updated.
Content is known as but not limited to all text, interface, graphics, vector graphics, photography, videos, music, audio, trademarks, logos, artwork, coding, user interface, design, structure, coordination, expression, selection, arrangement, ‘Flow’ of Content contained on the Site id owned, controlled or licensed by or to Heluva and is protected by trademark, copyright, patent and numerous other intellectual property rights and unfair competitions clauses, policies or laws.

Heluva reserves the right to perform any of the following at any time.
- Modify, terminate, delete all or a portion of the content of the site without the need for notification
- Modify, change the content of all or a portion of the content of the without the need for notification

Heluva reserves the right to prosecute those who are in breach to the full extent of the law. If Heluva take legal action against you as a result of a breach to the Terms and Conditions, Heluva is entitled to recover from you and you agree to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs as a result of this action, in addition to any other relief granted to Heluva.
Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the State of Queensland, Australia.
