Heluva collects personal information in an effort to deliver superior customer service. Information collected assists in delivery, payment, stocktaking, restocking and quality control. In addition, personal information helps us to keep in contact and keep you up to date about our latest promotional offers, new products and events.

WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED
When purchasing products Heluva will collect information such as contact name, contact email, contact number and delivery address. With regards to individual payments Heluva does not collect or store payment details instead this is carried out by a third party provider. It is important to note that at no stage during the payment process will Heluva request or ask for your personal banking or payment details. With regards to bulk buying Heluva will organise payment through EFT, Cheque or third party payment, again this information is not collected.
USE OF INFORMATION
Heluva will use the information collected to deliver goods, keep you up to date with the latest products, promotions and events. The information collected may also be used internally to assist in development of future products. Collected information will not be sold or distributed to a third party, without prior written consent of you or your company.
PROTECTION OF INFORMATION
Heluva has safeguards in place to keep your personal information accurate, complete and up to date for the purpose of use. As a customer of Heluva you are entitled to update and check your stored information simply.
